Welcome to the memorial page for

Dennis Alan Rosier

December 14, 1953 ~ November 17, 2017 (age 63) 63 Years Old

Dennis “Denny” Rosier, owner of Rosier’s Deli Mart, of New Riegel, OH died unexpectedly on Friday, November 17 at the age of 63.

Denny was born in Tiffin, Ohio on December 14, 1953 to Morris and Jean Rosier. He graduated from Mohawk High School in 1972. Soon after, he married the love of his life and best friend, Brenda Snyder in 1974. They celebrated 43 amazing years together before he was taken too soon.

Denny is survived by his mother, Jean (Pierce) Rosier of Upper Sandusky; his wife, Brenda of New Riegel; son, Bryan and Laura Rosier of Lexington, KY; daughter, Jami and Marc Mullholand of Pemberville,  sister Carole and Butch Cook of Oak Harbor, and his 5 grandchildren, Lilly, Zachary and Brady Mullholand and Anna and Avery Rosier. He is predeceased in death by his father, Morris Rosier, father and mother in law, Louis “Jack” Snyder and Rosie (Lee) Snyder, and granddaughter, Lucy Rosier.

Denny was always motivated to succeed from a young age. At 16, he was the youngest pilot in the State of Ohio to obtain a pilot’s license. Denny spent the first years of his married life building his dream to start his own business, opening Rosier’s and running that business with Brenda for the last 36 years. During those years, he also opened and operated Rosier’s Country Market for 20 years in McCutchenville and Sycamore Marathon for 15 years. In more recent years, he opened and operated BrRr Rental company, supplying trailers with beverages for all occasions.

Denny was a devoted husband and father. He enjoyed spending his free time with Brenda, his children, and grandchildren. He enjoyed rides on his Harley, collecting classic cars, and keeping busy with whatever adventure he found himself on through his eBay purchases.

Denny was the most amazing, loving and caring husband, father and papa. He was always there to help someone in need. He spent over 20 years as a member of the McCutchenville Volunteer Fire Department and served on the McCutchenville Fire Department Board. He also served 23 years on the New Riegel EMS. He supported Seneca Township as the Fiscal Officer for over 20 years. Denny was also a Board Member for the First National Bank and CROSSWEAH Board.

Denny has opted to continue to keep giving, even after he was gone as a tissue and organ donor. Our hopes are his donation will help many in need.

His funeral service will be Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at 11:30 AM at the First Lutheran Church, 300 Melmore Street, Tiffin, OH.  Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. A luncheon and a time to share stories at the New Riegel American Legion will follow the burial.

Visitation will be Tuesday, November 21, 2017 from 1-8:00 PM at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St. and on Wednesday from 9:30-11:30 AM at the church.

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Denny’s name to New Riegel EMS or FACT (Financial Aid Cancer Treatment).
