Donna M. Smith, 68, of Tiffin, passed away Saturday morning, July 29, 2017 at her home.

On September 5, 1948 in Ironton, she was born to Leo and Marie (Runyon) Klaiber.  She married Albert Smith December 1, 1995 and he survives in Tiffin.

Other survivors include her children, Angela (Fred) Wolf, Chris (Martha) Massie, and Bill Morrison all of Tiffin; Albert (Melissa) Smith and Sue Smith both of Toledo; brothers, Gene Klaiber of Richwood, OH; Chuck Klaiber of Marion, OH; sister, Linda Williams of Sycamore, OH; 19 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Melissa Massie, brothers, Virgil, Frank, and Russell Klaiber, sisters, Pat Dent, Fay Smith, and Peggy Williams and a grandchild, David Wolf.

Donna attended the Tiffin Freewill Baptist Church on Eighth Ave. and in 1990 became a registered nurses aide.  She loved her animals, cooking, and especially her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

There will be no visitation or services at this time.

Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
