To Gene's family...I was deeply saddened to read the loss of my dear, wonderful friend, Gene. The last time we talked we had plans to go out to dinner again. He was such a GREAT guy and I dearly loved him. He was so proud of his family and he loved them all so much. I had so much fun with Gene, Joanie, Annie, and Dean. What cherished memories to sustain me through this huge loss. When you love someone as much as I loved Gene, you just think they'll live forever. My deepest sympathy to all of Gene's family and friends. Our consolation is knowing he is once again with Joanie and his heavenly loved ones.

We have lost a remarkable person and sooooo many memories were made without even realizing it . Staying with grandma ( Helen Weber ) and uncle Gene picking her and I up to go back to their house to butcher chickens , uncle Gene and my dad (Darl Weber ) going to the races once going down that country road in his green Firebird convertible and the exhaust rumbling , etc,etc,etc,... The only thing I have to remember my grandma Weber is a few pictures and that little wooden house that Milo had made with the little clock in it , and the times grandma would make me take my nap and would fall asleep just staring at it till I fell asleep . It was uncle Gene that made sure I got it after she had passed ! I know we all will miss him but he is back with aunt Joan...
