Alma Rose “Dolly” Moffett, 78, of Tiffin, passed away on Friday afternoon, June 2, 2017 at her home.

She was born on November 6, 1938, to Elmer and Lorene (Weinandy) Breidenbach.  She married Thomas Van Camp and they later divorce.  On June 1, 1996, at home, she married Paul J. Moffett.

Survivors include her daughters, Kimberly Jo Lee and Kelly VanCamp, both of Tiffin; step-sons, Jim (Rebecca) Moffett of Liberty, IN and Jeffrey (Andrea) Moffett of Erie, PA; brothers, Arthur (Marie) Breidenbach and Thomas (Joyce) Breidenbach, both of Tiffin; sister, Susie (Phil) Hohman of Tiffin; sister-in-law, Christine Breidenbach of Tiffin; 3 grandchildren, Chris (Briana) Lee, Steven (Michelle) Lee  and Michael (Tori Stephens) Lee ; 4 great grandchildren, Nolan and Piper Lee and Max and Carter Lee; and 4 step grandchildren, Zachary, Ellie, Evan and Leah.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Paul Breidenbach; sisters, Rita Brickner and infant sister, Anna Breidenbach; brother-in-law, Cleophas Brickner.

Dolly attended Hopewell Loudon for ten years and graduated from Tiffin Calvert High School in 1956.  She worked at AEP for 12 years, Commercial Bank for 19 years, Seneca County Board of Elections and volunteered at Mercy Health-Tiffin Hospital.  Dolly was a lifetime member of the AmVets Post 48 and the Tiffin Eagles Aerie #402, won many dance competitions and enjoyed going to movies, casino trips, Friday luncheons with her siblings and spending time with her family. 

Her funeral service will be at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424 with Rev.  Joseph Szybka officiating.  Burial will be at a later date at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 4-8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to ALS Society, American Cancer Society or to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation.
