Arlene M. “Toots” Wickham, 80, of Tiffin, passed away on Saturday evening, June 3, 2017 at Volunteers of America Autumnwood Care Center.

She was born on October 6, 1936, in Tiffin Ohio, to Raymond and Elizabeth (Ecker) Hohman.  On June 25, 1971, in New Riegel, she married James M.  “Flash” Wickham and he preceded her in death on November 3, 2003.

Survivors include her son, James (Stephanie) Wickham of Tiffin; and two grandsons, Tyler and Logan Wickham.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; and brother, James P. Hohman.

Toots graduated from New Riegel High School and volunteered at Mercy-Health-Tiffin Hospital.  She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Rosary Altar Society, was a CCD teacher, Eucharistic Minister and volunteered for the RCIA program.  She enjoyed playing cards, doing puzzles books and following sports, especially the Pittsburg Steelers, University of Michigan and the Atlanta Braves.  Toots loved spending time with her family, especially her grandson. 

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating.  A Rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to Mass.  Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
