Christopher Michael Factor, 38, of Tiffin, passed away at his home Friday, August 25, 2017.

On September 11, 1978 in Tiffin, he was born to William and Barbara (Hartzell) Factor III.

He is survived by his father, William Factor III of Shelby; three sisters, Angela (Josh) Good of Tiffin; Mary Factor of Shelby; Danielle Factor of Tiffin; four nieces, a nephew, many aunts and uncles, and his dog Milo.  He had a close relationship with his Uncle Doug Factor of Tiffin and his aunt, the late Karen Factor.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Factor in 1989, grandparents, Robert and Marie Hartzell and William and Mary Factor II.

Chris worked as a carpenter and painter for Five Star Maintenance for several years and other area contractors.  He enjoyed fishing around the area, especially Honey Creek, a fan of the Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Cavaliers and The Ohio State Buckeyes.  He loved his family and the great times they had together.  Chris will be remembered for his blue eyes, radiant smile that could light up a room, his jokes and making others smile and laugh.

A Memorial Service will be Monday, August 28, 2017 ay 6:00 PM at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory.  Friends may visit and share stories on Monday prior to the memorial service from 2-6 PM.  Burial will be private at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Seneca County Chaplain Corp. or to the family in care of the funeral home.
