Dorothy Jean Tannenbaum, 92, of Tiffin, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday Afternoon, June 9, 2019 at her home.
She was born March 25, 1927, in Tiffin, Ohio, to the late Howard and Mary (Cory) Lutz. She was a graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School. She married Warren N. Kissell on June 8, 1945 and they were divorced. On May 18, 1963, in Findlay, Ohio, she married Charles F. Tannenbaum and he preceded her in death on March 10, 1994.
Surviving are her four children, Michael (Bonnie) Kissell of Findlay, Jeffrey Kissell of Norfolk, VA.,and Stephen (Alice) Kissell of Virginia Beach , VA, and a daughter, Lynne (Ray) Priest of Norfolk, VA; six grandchildren, Tracy Kissell, Mindy (Tim) Kerby, Melanie (Reggie) Rivera, Andrea (Zade) Morgan, Matthew Kurent and Corey Kissell; seven great grandchildren, Chelsea, Ian, Gabby, Owen, Raelyn, Grady, and Colter.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; five siblings, Martha Lang, Betty Nasselhauf, Kathryn Bland, Howard Lutz and William Lutz.
Dorothy was an LPN at Tiffin State Hospital. She lived a number of years in Findlay before moving to Tiffin. She was a homemaker, enjoyed her Tiffin Community and spending time with family and friends.
There will be no funeral at this time, we will be having a memorial service at a later date in the Fall with flowers and donations at that time.
