Eugene P. Zoeller

Eugene P. Zoeller, 79, of Tiffin, passed away Friday evening, February 15, 2019 at his home.

He was born on March 2, 1939 in Tiffin, Ohio to Edward and Isabell (Lenheart) Zoeller.  On June 6, 1964, he married Marilyn Jean Huffman, who preceded him in death on March 1, 2013.

Survivors include his two sons, Kevin (Sarah) Zoeller and Pat (Amy) Zoeller, both of Tiffin; three daughters, Diane (Mike Navarro) Zoeller of Fostoria, Kimberly Zoeller of Sycamore and Kristie Zoeller of Tiffin; two sisters, Helen Weott of Tiffin and Pauline Wangler of Fostoria; seven grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Robert Zoeller, Paul Zoeller, Joe Zoeller and Edward “Boobie” Zoeller; and Donnie King, fiancé of Kimberly Zoeller.

Eugene graduated from New Riegel High School and was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Tiffin Eagles and past member of the Tiffin Moose. He enjoyed Price is Right, collecting coins, playing the lottery, bingo, card games, gardening and cheering for the Cleveland Indians.

His funeral mass will be at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at St. Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Gary Walters officiating.  The Rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to Mass.  Burial will follow in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery with military honors being conducted by the United Veterans Council.
