Your dash of life, so small, so significant to most, so fragile and so amazing. For six months, I held you safe in my womb, but my body was weak and you just came too soon. You fought for six days to show us your strength. We are amazed by your life no matter what the length. Thank you baby girl for fighting that long. Now that you’ve gone, you don’t have to be strong. Mommy, daddy, and sissy will always love you.
A time to celebrate Hazel’s life will be Friday, May 17, 2019 from 6-8 PM at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 419-447-2424 and Saturday, May 18, 2019 from 9-11 AM at New Beginnings Assembly of God, 733 N. Sandusky St., Tiffin, Ohio.
Her funeral service will be Saturday, May 18, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the church with Pastor Rex King officiating. Burial will follow in St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery in Bascom.
