She was a teacher of mine when I was quite young and I just loved her ,I would actually go to her house and she would play with me . I have always wondered about her and as soon as I saw the name I realized who she was , come to find out my nurse daughter Heather was caring for her at the shawn. I was so sad to realize she was so close to me and I had no idea as I surely would have visited her as she had let me so many times . She made quite an impact on my life as a child and will as always hold a special place in my heart . I am so sorry for your loss, Suzanne (ALLEY) hardesty

To Helen's family, I send my sincere condolences on your loss.
I got to know Helen through my mother, Virginia Russell. On several occasions, Helen came to visit us at our home in CA when Mom would be staying with us. I know my mother enjoyed her friendship with Helen, taking trips and cruises with her, and assorted other activities. Helen was always gracious, enjoyed showing off her lovely collections, and often invited me to lunch when I would be visiting in Tiffin. She was a delightful lady and I enjoyed knowing her.

Hello Char and family, reading this brought back many memories with Helen at y-wives and helping here with any alterations she had. Your mom was a nice lady to be with. You all will miss her. She is in great hands with God and will always be with you. I like to think that when parents pass that they become guardian angels for our families. My sincer sympathy to all of you.
