Uncle Jim: miss you terribly already. Some of our best memories of my kids at the lake with you will always be cherished. Your great sense of humor and generosity will always be remembered. Rest In Peace and I know dad and Aunt Pat will welcome you. I am so glad we had Thanksgiving dinner to share with you and will miss your great cooking. Much love always-Jane.

Jim and his wife (Pat), and his father (Bill) and mother (Arlene) where a part of my life I will always remember and glad they where. I met Jim when visiting Tiffin Lawn Equipment for parts as a young boy. Later as a employee of the family business started by his father (Bill) while employed by National Machinery Co. Jim and Pat would invite myself with nephew (Brad) and niece (Jane) for trip to Bellville Ohio to the Sandar Smorgasbord for a eating experience, we all over ate and had fun and laughs the whole day, it was memorable fun. Thank you Jim and Pat and the whole Shertzer family for making my life better.

I was very sadden to hear about Jim passing, I just reconnected with him after many years. He and my dad were great friends and Jim and Pat were a big part of my childhood. I was looking to more visits and learning more about my dad. 😢

Jim and Pat were some of my parents best friends. I have many fond memories growing up and spending time with them. May Jim find peace as he is welcomed home by Pat.
