Malinda D. Welter, 49, of Tiffin, passed away on Monday, October 21, 2019.
She was born on November 5, 1969, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Douglas and Patty (Pletcher) Brown. On March 2, 1996, she married Michael A. “Crete” Welter.
She is survived by her father, Douglas (Bev) Brown of Republic; mother, Patty (Mike) Boes of McCutchenville; husband, Michael Welter of Tiffin; son, Jace Welter of Tiffin; daughter, Olivia (Kevin) Kozel of Upper Sandusky; brothers, Mark (Jennifer) Brown of Clyde and Josh Terry of Attica; sisters, Janette (Tony) Wurm of Attica and Danette (Brandon) Martin of Attica; and granddaughter, Peyton Kozel.
Malinda graduated in 1988 from Tiffin Columbian High School and worked as a Lab Tech, for over 20 years, at Mercy Health – Tiffin Hospital. She enjoyed being outdoors, building extra large campfires, camping at Welter Lake, target shooting, holiday decorating, especially for Christmas, shopping, planning parties, taking trips to the Dominican, loved dogs and cats, especially her favorite dog, Silvie and spending “girls weekend” with her close group of friends. Malinda enjoyed taking care of others and had a great smile.

There will be a Graveside Service at 12:00 Noon on Friday, October 25, 2019 in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating.
