Paul F. Tiell, Jr.

Paul F. Tiell, Jr., 63, of Tiffin, passed away on Friday morning, January 18, 2019 at his home.

He was born on February 26, 1955, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Paul F., Sr. and Margaret (Monaco) Tiell.   He married Paulette R. Florence.

Survivors include his wife, Paulette of Tiffin; daughter, Emily Tiell of Lakewood; sister, Marianne Gillespie of Tiffin; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; infant daughter, Rachel Tiell; and brother, Dennis Tiell.

Paul graduated in 1974 from Tiffin Calvert High School, collected and worked at Tiffin Glass House and American Standard.  He enjoyed fishing in the Sandusky River, going to Cleveland Indians games, collecting baseball cards, driving his pick-up truck and going for rides lasting several hours.  He met with his friends, “The Rusty Zipper Club” every Friday.  Paul was an all around handy man and loved spending time with his family and many dogs over the years.

His Memorial Service will be at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424.  There will be no burial at this time.

Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the Service at the funeral home.
