Tender Regards Gene & the family. Phyllis - a grand Lady on earth & sent a double rainbow to eastern Seneca Co. at 8:20 PM Friday, June 16, 2017 by Republic, OH-spectacular brightness. Last I saw you 2 at the Bob E's Restaurant she told you, look- "that's Greg's sister", then when she left she smiled peacefully and gestured to her portable O's. Her beautiful face could tell "the rest of the story". She is already in heaven..
