Steve graduated from Tiffin Columbian High School, attended OSU and sold insurance for several insurance companies. Steve lived a full life. He served in the United States Navy and experienced many things during that time. He saw many places around the World and spent most of his life dedicating his time to his children, grandchildren and the youth of this community.
Steve’s first love was baseball. He spent more than 30 years volunteering his time coaching and being commissioner of Little League Baseball. He coached all three of his grandsons, winning a championship with the youngest two. Anything his children or grandchildren needed he would do at the drop of a hat and would make sacrifices just to make sure they were taken care of.
