Thomas R. "Tom" Wonderly, 62, of Tiffin, passed away on Friday morning, September 22, 2017 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo.

On September 27, 1954 in Cleveland, he was born to John Barrett and Kathleen A. “Katie” (Gillig) Wonderly.  He married Denise Schwab in 1985 and they later divorced.

Survivors include his girlfriend, Susi Robison of Tiffin; sons, Bill (Mackenzie) Krzyzak and John (Breanna O’Quinn) Wonderly, both of Tiffin; daughters, Amber (Trinity Lukasik) of Green Bay, WI and Danielle (Kyle Maxwell) Wonderly  of Tiffin; step sons, Tobey (Ann Slemmer) Robison and Chris (Darlene Moore) Robison both of Tiffin; brother, Chris (Laura) Wonderly of Quamedo, NM; 16 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, 3 dogs and a cat.

He was preceded in death by his father, John and mother, Kathleen Jacoby.

Tom was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and a 1972 graduate of Tiffin Calvert High School.  He joined the U.S. Navy in 1973, traveling to Europe, Africa, Middle East, and the Philippines and honorably discharged in 1977.  He was a service technician for Ferrell Gas in Bascom for over 25 years and enjoyed traveling and RVing around the country, hiking, fishing, camping, riding his Harley Davidson, playing cards and chess, and spending time outdoors.  Tom loved his family and spending time with them, especially playing games with his grandchildren and attending their sporting events.  Throughout the years, Tom made many friends that remain close.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Szybka and Rev. Frank Murd con-celebrating.  A Rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to Mass.  Burial will follow in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.
