Aleisha Kay Brickner, 42, of rural Tiffin, passed away Sunday afternoon, December 26, 2010 at her home surrounded by her family.
On July 6, 1968 in Tiffin, she was born to William and Patsie (Collins) Krzyzak. She married Eugene "Buddy" Brickner on August 27, 1988.
Survivors include her husband of 22 years, Buddy; 2 sons, William P. "Will" and Zachary W. " Zach" Brickner at home; her mother, Patsie Hager of Tiffin; brother, Bill (Barb) Krzyzak of Tiffin; 2 sisters, Laticia (Mark) Donalson of Hilliard, OH; Tammy (Ibraham) Al-Sultan of Findlay, OH; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Krzyzak.
Aleisha was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church a 1987 graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School and a 1988 graduate of Owens Community College. She recently worked at Independence House in Fostoria as a Dietician. Aleisha and Buddy enjoyed traveling and learning different cultures, especially to Europe, Africa and many times to Las Vegas. She enjoyed flowers, gardening and being the best mom to her children.
A Mass of Christian burial will be Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 10:00 am at St. Mary Catholic Church with Rev. Gary Walters officiating. The Rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to mass. Burial will follow in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery.
Friends may celebrate her life on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 from 2-8 pm at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory.
