Anna J. Everhart, 94, of Tiffin, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at Good Shepherd Home, Fostoria.
She was born on March 14, 1930, in Fostoria, Ohio, to Leo D. and Bertha (Baker) DeVore. On October 23, 1948, she married Lewis Everhart.
Survivors include her husband, Lewis Everhart of Tiffin; son, Steve (Lynne) Everhart of Tiffin; daughter, Carol Radebaugh of Tiffin; brother, Thomas DeVore of Fostoria; four grandchildren, Janis (Kent) Miller, Jon (Stephanie) Radebaugh, Stefanie (Chris) Gosche and Aaron (Samantha) Everhart; eight great grandchildren, Kylie (Blake), Halle, Owen, Brynn, Evan, Ali, Shawn and Grant; and 1 great, great granddaughter due in September.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son-in-law, Jon Radebaugh; brother, Eugene DeVore; sisters, Constance DeVore and Viola Gerlach; brother-in-law, Floyd Gerlach; and sister-in-law, Susan DeVore.
Anna was a 1948 graduate of Fostoria High School. She retired as the head Clerk Registrar for Seneca County after 22 years. She was a member, volunteered and sang in the choir at Faith United Methodist Church. Anna and her husband Lewis, wintered in Texas for seven years and she enjoyed boating at Lake Erie, RVing, bowling, square dancing, horseback riding and golfing in Clinton Heights leagues, once hitting a hole-in-one. Anna loved her dogs, especially her poodle, Cocoa, and going to her grandchildren's events.
Her Funeral Service will be at 12:00 Noon on Thursday, May 02, 2024 at Faith United Methodist Church, 75 N. Sandusky Street, Tiffin, Ohio 44883, with Pastor Amy Vittorio officiating. A Private burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery.
Friends may visit with the family from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the Service on Thursday at the Church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Seneca County, Good Shepherd Home or to Faith United Methodist Church.
