Anthony M.
Ferstler
Jan 8, 1957 — Jun 26, 2026
Tiffin, Ohio
Anthony “Tony” Michael Ferstler, 69, of Tiffin, was embraced into the loving arms of his wife at 2:50 PM on June 26, 2026 at St Rita’s Hospital in Lima, Ohio. He was surrounded by his sons.
He was born January 08, 1957 in Tiffin, to Edward “Pete” and Eva (Huffman) Ferstler, both are deceased. He married Tami Ferstler (Kiesel), February 25, 1983. They later renewed their vows at St. Joseph Catholic Church on June 7, 1997. Tami and Tony cherished both their sons, Anthony Edward Ferstler of Vermilion and Christopher Michael Ferstler of Tiffin.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Tami. He was also preceded in death by his brothers Edward, Paul, Tom, and sisters Theresa and Mary.
He is survived by his sons Anthony Ferstler and Christopher Ferstler. Other members of his family include his grandchildren Cayden Ferstler and Kinsley Ferstler of Tiffin, nephews Kurt Ferstler and Tom Ferstler, both of Tiffin, and one niece Michelle Ferstler of Modesto California.
An avid cat lover, he enjoyed the companionship of his cat Jane, she was very much a part of the family.
Tony graduated from Tiffin Columbian High School in 1975, and worked for Webster Industries, for 39 years before his retirement.
He was a lifelong Cleveland Browns fan. He loved motorcycles and fishing with his son Chris. He begrudgingly (and lovingly) assisted his wife Tami in many of her household makeovers and design. He treasured the memories of vacationing with his close family and friends.
He will be having a graveside service at Fairmont Cemetery in Tiffin Ohio on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 11:00 A.M., 1776 N Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883.
Tony suggested memorial contributions, on his behalf, be made to FACT Seneca County.
