Antoinette "Toni" M. Folk, 94, of Tiffin, died Sunday evening, February 1, 2009 at Mercy Hospital of Tiffin.

On October 15, 1914, she was born to Joseph and Pauline (Conaggni) Fortunato in Tiffin. On September 28, 1946 she married Kenneth J. Folk in St. Mary Catholic Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Joyce (Curtiss) Tusing of Tiffin, a son Joseph K. Folk of Warwick, Rhode Island, and three grandchildren, Michael Tusing, Beth Reimer, Leanne Wilbur, and one expected great-grandson.

Preceding her in death is her husband Kenneth, on July 5, 2005, sisters Vita Perna and Angela Blazer, brothers Louis Fortunato and Danny Fortunato.

Toni was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and she loved her home, her family, and her grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian burial will be at 12pm on Thursday, February 5, 2009 at St. Francis Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Walters officiating. Burial will follow in Seneca Memory Garden.

Friends may visit with the family 6-8pm, Wednesday, February 4, 2009, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home, 236 S. Washington St. Tiffin, OH 44883, (419) 447-2424. And they may also visit with the family, 11am-12pm, Thursday, February 5, 2009 at St. Francis Home Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association or to the American Diabetes Association.
