Ashley Matthews, 32, of Tiffin, passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2020.

She was born on December 16, 1987, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Darrell and Corinna (Conley) Kuzma.  On July 30, 2010, she married Chet Matthews Jr.

Survivors include her husband, Chet Matthews Jr. of Tiffin; parents, Darrell and Corinna Kuzma of Tiffin; children, Lexis Rogers, Kiersten Matthews, Parker Matthews, Ethan Matthews and Melodey Matthews; brother, Anthony Kuzma of Fremont; sisters, Amanda (Brent) Lucius of Tiffin, Anna (Conner) McGovern of Toledo, Autum Kuzma of Tiffin and Kristina Walls of Youngstown; grandparents; Shirley Conley of Springfield and Oral Kirby of Tiffin; father-in-law, Chet Matthews, Sr. of Tiffin; mother-in-law, Sharon Ratliff of Tiffin; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her cousin Matthew Conley, grandparents, Clyde Conley and Joseph Kuzma.

Ashley attended Tiffin Columbian High School and Terra State Community College. She was pursuing a degree as a Medical Assistant.  She currently worked as an aide at ECI.  She enjoyed traveling, hunting, fishing, being outdoors, boating, vacationing, camping at Lake Erie. Most of all she loved being with her family especially having movie nights.

Her Funeral Service will be at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424 with Pastor Charlene Thomas officiating.  Burial will follow in Fairmont Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
