Audrey M. Perkins, 18, of Upper Sandusky, passed away Tuesday morning, May 15, 2012, as a result of an auto accident.

She was born, in Tiffin, Ohio, on January 6, 1994, to Michael & Joanne (Arbogast) Perkins.

Survivors include her parents, Michael Perkins of Upper Sandusky, OH; and Joanne (Tom Kapelka) Perkins of Tiffin; brother, Ryan (fiancAC.e, Frankie Kimmet) Perkins of Tiffin, Ohio; sister, Amber (Derek Beach) Perkins of Sycamore, Ohio; grandparents, Harland and Rosemary Arbogast, of Tiffin, Ohio; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Daryl and Valerie Perkins.

Audrey was a senior at Mohawk High School. She ran track; sprints and hurdles and sang in the choir. Audrey was scheduled to leave for the United States Marine Corps on August 13, 2012. She was dedicated to serving in the Marine Corp.by working out and training with them to prepare her for boot camp. She was a country girl who enjoyed reading, playing loud music, having a good time and hanging out with her friends, especially Kim Danner. Audrey lived life to the fullest, always put others first and sharing her infectious smile.

Her Mass of Christian burial will be at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, May 21, 2012 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Tiffin, with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating. A Rosary will be prayed 20 minutes prior to Mass. Burial will follow in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery, Tiffin.

Friends may visit and share stories with the family from 2-8:00 P.M. on Sunday, May 20, 2012 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424. A Wake service will begin at 1:30 P.M.
