Avery Rose Taylor was stillborn at 2:14 A.M. on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Mercy Tiffin Hospital.

She is survived by her parents, Chad and Heather (Hall) Taylor of Tiffin; two sisters, Autumn and Alysa Taylor of Tiffin; paternal grandfather, Leroy Taylor of Tiffin; maternal grandmother, Margaret Hall of Tiffin; grandparents, Jeff and Carla Wagner of Melmore; many great aunts and great uncles, many aunts and uncles; and many cousins.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Beverly (Haudenshild) Taylor.

A private Service was held for family.

Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.
