Barbara Sue "Barb" Eborg, 72, of Tiffin, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 10, 2024.

She was born on November 06, 1951 in Tiffin, Ohio, to John and Martha E. (Borer) Kirchner.

Survivors include her daughter, Misty Eborg of West Virginia; sister, Jane (Dennis) Stacy of Old Fort; three brothers, John (Kay) Kirchner of Austin, Texas, Michael (Audrey) Kirchner of Highland Heights and Jim (Faye) Kirchner of Concord Twp.; and brother-in-law, Jim (Lynn) Bine of Perrysburg.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Karen Bine; and adopted daughter, Jessica Eborg.

Barb was a 1970 graduate of Tiffin Calvert High School and received her Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Toledo.  She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church in Tiffin and was a retired corrections officer for the Seneca County Jail.  She loved traveling and spending time with her family and especially enjoyed spending time with her many nieces and nephews. Barb loved a good picnic and a friendly game of sports afterward!

Her Funeral Service will be at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, February 19, 2024 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424 with Pastor Amy Vittorio officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the Service on Monday at the funeral home.
