Betty J. Jacoby-Martinez, 82, of Tiffin, passed away Sunday, April 12, 2015 at Volunteers of America Autumnwood Care Center.

She was born on January 30, 1933, in East Liverpool, Ohio, to William and Marcella (Landfried) Flowers. She married Franklin Haman and they divorced. She later married Robert Jacoby and he preceded her in death. She then married Juan Martinez, who also preceded her in death.

Survivors include three children: Marcia (Ron) Burlile, Darlene (Tony) Vecchio, and James (Adrienne) Haman, all of Tiffin; six grandchildren, Tammi Vecchio, Adam Haman, Brandon (Kaitlyn) Haman, Camryn Haman, Alyssa Burlile, and Matthew Burlile; two great-grandchildren, Laela and Henley Haman; one brother and sister, Eugene (Barbara) Frazier of Marrero, LA and Alma McKinnon of East Liverpool; and a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Joseph Daniels of Galion and Marilyn Dauterman of Richwood.

She was also preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Elah Daniels and Mary Call; and three brothers-in-law, Cecil McKinnon, Jack Call and Phillip Dauterman.

Betty worked at Tiffin Mercy Hospital for thirty years and was a licensed practical nurse. She was a member of New Beginnings Assembly of God, where she was womens' ministries coordinator, Missionettes leader for girls for 25 years, and a youth leader.

Her funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Friday, April 17, 2015, at New Beginnings Assembly of God, 733 N. Sandusky St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, with Rev. Rex King officiating. Burial will follow in Fairmont Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service on Friday, April 17, 2015 at the Church.
