Billy G. Hamilton, 82, of Republic, passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at his home.

He was born on March 15, 1938, in Whitesburg, KY to William and Oma (Back) Hamilton.  In August of 1958, he married Agatha "Gay" Webb.

Survivors include his wife, Agatha "Gay" Hamilton of Republic; daughters, Sherrill (Pete) Heilman of Kansas, Ohio and Brenda Kreh of Findlay; sisters, Bessie Lou Shepherd of Whitesburg, KY and Bonnie Katherine (Jim) Salyers of Bel Alton, MD; four grandchildren, Courtney, Paul, Michelle and Marcus; and six great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and sisters, Bobbie J. Brown and betty Sue Ison.

Billy graduated from Whitesburg High School in 1956 and worked at Ford in Sandusky for 38 years.  He was an avid collector and trader of old cars and loved his dogs, Zero and Bandit.

His Graveside Service will be at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at Seneca Memory Gardens, Tiffin.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Seneca County.
