Brandan S. Schaade, 18, of Tiffin, passed away Monday evening, March 21, 2011 as a result of an auto accident.

On July 27, 1992 in Tiffin, he was born to Ryan Gibson and Christine Schaade.

He is survived by his parents, Ryan (Hillarin) Gibson and mother, Christine (Tim) Ragle both of Tiffin; brothers, Tim Ragle Jr. and Justin Bair, sisters, Katlyn Ragle, Kaylyn and Carlyssa Gibson all of Tiffin; grandparents, Dolly Ragle, Jan Hill, Theresa Sherman, and Kenneth Gibson all of Tiffin; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Paul and Judy Schaade, Arlie Ragle, and Carl Hill.

Brandan was a 2010 graduate of Hopewell Loudon High School and was attending The Ohio State University, Lima Campus for Forensic Accounting. While at Hopewell Loudon, he enjoyed playing basketball, baseball and track. He continued playing basketball in the Men's League at the YMCA. Brandan was an outstanding athlete and enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.

A funeral service will be Friday, March 25, 2011 at 10:30 am at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, (236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, OH 419-447-2424) with Rev. Jan Kucera officiating.

There will be no burial at this time.

Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, March 24, 2011 from 2-8 pm at the funeral home.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Hopewell Loudon Athletic Department in Brandon's memory.
