Chad A. Taylor, 60, of Tiffin, passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at his home.

He was born on April 08, 1964, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Leroy and Beverly (Haudenshild) Taylor.  On February 19, 2001, he married Heather Hall and they later divorced.

Survivors include his daughters, Autumn Taylor and Alysa Taylor, both of Fostoria; sister, Amy Somers of Tiffin; many nieces and nephews; and his ex-wife, Heather Blanton of Fostoria.

He was preceded in death by his parents; infant daughter, Avery Rose Taylor; and sister, Valerie Cap.

Chad was in the 1982 class at Hopewell-Loudon High School.  He worked at Carey Conservative Corp, Quick Tab and other area factories and also did landscaping on the side.  Chad was a craftsman, artistic and enjoyed fishing.

His Funeral service will be at 11:30 A.M. on Monday, March 24, 2025 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424 with Pastor Terri Davis officiating.  Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the Service on Monday at the funeral home.
