Chadyne F. Desgrange, 72, of Tiffin, died Monday evening, January 14, 2008, at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo, following a lengthy illness. On May 15, 1935, she was born in Tiffin, to Clarence J. and Corrine (Shock) Goshe. On February 11, 1956, she married Marion E. Desgrange in St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. James Steinle officiating.

Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Marion, and two daughters, Debra (George) Schumm of Republic, and Dorene Hoyda of Tiffin. Other survivors include two sisters, Ruth (Harold) Gruss, and Hazel Wise, both of Tiffin, three grandchildren, Laura Schumm, Kevin Schumm, and Stephanie Hoyda, as well as two great-grandchildren, Leslie and Alexis Healy.

Preceding her in death along with her parents is a brother, Edward N. Goshe and a sister, Norma Jean Goshe.

Chadyne graduated from Tiffin Calvert High School in 1953 and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Before her illness, she enjoyed traveling throughout the United States and Canada, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and attending their activities

A Mass of Christian Burial will be11:00 AM, Friday, January 18, 2008 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Szybka officiating. A Rosary will be prayed 15 minutes prior to the Mass. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family 4-8 PM, Thursday, January 17, 2008, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, OH, 44883, 419-447-2424. A Christian wake service will be 7:45 PM.
