Charlotte G. Duncan, 81, of Tiffin, passed away Thursday, December 25, 2025, at St. Francis Home in Tiffin.

She was born on July 5, 1944, in Summerlee, West Virginia, to James Cecil "Pete" and Dorothy Irene (Lee) Johns. She married Robert Edward Duncan in 1961.

Charlotte is survived by her sons, Robert Edward (Tamera) Duncan Jr., of Grove City, David Wayne Duncan, of Columbus; daughter, Deborah "Debbie" (Michael) Larick, of Tiffin; sister, Ellen (Chuck) McDonald, of Columbus; 9 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter-in-law, Kim Duncan; brothers, James Cecil Johns, Eric Johns, Andrew Johns; sisters, Linda Knisley, Lisa Hope Marcum.

Charlotte enjoyed playing cards and video games, especially Super Mario Brothers.
