Cleo "Jean" Wolfe 96, of Findlay, formerly of Tiffin, passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at Bridge Hospice BVHS.

She was born December 29, 1928, in Seneca County, Ohio to the now deceased Arthena (Coffman) and Gust E McConnell.  She was a graduate of the former Thompson High School in 1946.

Jean enjoyed her collection of dolls and was active in the Valley Doll Club. She enjoyed playing cards, bowling, watching sports on TV, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

She was married on January 1, 1948, to Jerome Wolfe who proceeded her in death on May 31, 2001.

She is survived by her children, Charleen Wolfe of Findlay, Alice Weiland of Cincinnati, Elizabeth Ferguson of Findlay, James (Nancy) Wolfe  of McCutchenville and Glenn (Sandy) Wolfe of Sycamore; eight grandchildren; and one step-grandchild; fifteen great-grandchildren; one step great-grandchild; and one great-great-grandchild.

Seven siblings preceded her in death; Olive Weller, Betty Recupero, Mary Rospert, Dorothy Moyer, Edward McConnell, Jeff McConnell, John McConnell, and a grandson, Spencer Wolfe.

Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 from 2-4:00 P.M. at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424.

A memorial service will take place on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at 4:00 PM at the funeral home with Eric Ferguson officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bridge Hospice.
