Constance M. “Connie” Mizen, 78, of Tiffin, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2026 at Mercy Health-Tiffin Hospital.

She was born on June 05, 1947, in Tiffin, Ohio, to James and Margaret (Wagner) Baker. She married Thomas E. “Tom” Mizen.

Survivors include her husband Thomas Mizen of Tiffin; sons, Jim (Rebecca) Moffett of Liberty, IN and Jeffrey (Andrea) Moffett of Erie, PA; and four grandchildren, Zachary, Elizabeth, Evan and Leah.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Nancy Snyder.

Connie worked at Flowers Naturally, Tiffin Developmental Center and Seneca Cleaners. She was a member of The AmVets Post 48, American Legion #169, VFW Post 2858 and the Tiffin Eagles #402. Connie enjoyed traveling, going on day trips, especially with the Allen Eiry Senior Center and had many friends.

There will be a Graveside service at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, June 03, 2026 at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.

There will be a Celebration of Connie’s Life from 2-5:30 P.M. on Wednesday, June 03, 2026 at the AmVets, 1909 S. SR 100, Tiffin, Ohio 44883.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Francis Home, St. Joseph Catholic Church or St. Mary Catholic Church.
