Dallas D. Patrick, 72, of Tiffin, passed away Friday afternoon, September 18, 2026, at his home.

On March 31, 1954, in Sandusky, Ohio he was born to Kearnie and Erma Jean (Conley) Patrick. He married Nancy A. Cogar on July 15, 1983, and she preceded him in death.

Survivors include three stepchildren, David (Megan) Fisher of Tiffin; Janette Damron of Fremont; Sharon Fisher of Clyde; a brother, Noel (Mary Frances) Patrick of Port Clinton; sister, Mary Lou (John) Weiker of Clyde; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, son, Dallas “DJ” Patrick, brother, Paul Patrick and two grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be at a later date. Burial will be in McPherson Cemetery in Clyde.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
