Damien M. Schaade, 33, of Tiffin, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2020.

He was born on April 20, 1987, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Kelly Schaade.

Survivors include his mother, Kelly (Larry Nance) Schaade of Tiffin; brothers, Gerald Sams, Jr., Justin Sams and Cory Boudinot; sister, Lori Sams; step brothers, Larry Nance, Dalton Nance, Nolan Nance, Donovin Nance and Phoenix Nance; step sister, Gyspy Might; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Damien graduated in 2005 from Seneca County School of Opportunity where he played basketball.  He enjoyed hanging out with his family, collecting Bald Eagles, collecting and fixing things and loved animals, especially his dogs, Precious, Carmella and Diesel who preceded him in death.

A combined visitation and service for Damien and his uncle, Paul Schaade will be from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the Service at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, June 12, 2020 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424 with Rev. Ben Fitch officiating.  There will not be a burial at this time for Damien.
