Darl E. Wilson, 63, of Tiffin, passed away Thursday afternoon, March 31, 2016 at Mercy Tiffin Hospital.

He was born on February 17, 1953, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Edmund and Lola Jean (Hunker) Wilson, Sr. He married Linda Patrick and she survives in Tiffin.

Also surviving are four children, Jason (Heather) Hood of Bloomville, Samantha (Michael) Steyer of Tiffin, Rose Hood of Findlay and Kris Wilson of Tiffin; two brothers, Ed (Vicki) Wilson of Findlay and Bob Wilson of Republic; three sisters, Diane (Denny) Stull of Tiffin; Lori (Aaron Garza) Sharpe of Tiffin and Kim (Steve) Coppes of Bloomville; and seven grandchildren, Swayzee, Auston, Malikhi, Isabella, Mya, Aubrey and Eli.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister-in-law, Sue Wilson.

Darl graduated in 1972 from Tiffin Columbian High School and owned and operated his own truck. He enjoyed bowling and coached and assisted with the Columbian High School bowling team and the Saturday morning youth leagues. Darl enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson to the lake and with his friends, going on local poker runs, boating and fishing at the lake and spending time at Turtle Pointe. Darl loved spending time with his family; especially with his grandchildren and he loved his dog Mazy.

His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424 with Rev. Rex King officiating. Burial will follow in Seneca Memory Gardens.

Friends may visit with the family from 2-4:00 P.M. and 6-8:00 P.M. on Monday, April 4, 2016 at the funeral home.
