David K. Andrews, Jr., 54, of Tiffin, passed away at 12:20 p.m. Sunday, January 21, 2024, at Spring Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation in Green Springs.

He was born July 19, 1969, in Norwalk, to David and Shirley Andrews. David is survived by his daughters, Taryn Andrews of Marion and Hailee Andrews of Findlay; three grandchildren, Liam, Sebastian, and Alani; his life partner, Sandy Rybicki of Tiffin; his closest sister, Lela (Ken) Gaietto of Tiffin; three sisters; one brother; three nephews; and his beloved dog, Sammy.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Rick and Ron.

Dave worked as an occupational health and safety director at Ameriwood Industries for many years, where he earned the nickname "Safety Dave." In his free time, he loved gardening, building things in his workshop, keeping up with BattleBots, and spending time with his family.

In honor of his wishes, there will be no funeral services at this time.
