David A. Kuzma, 69, of Tiffin, passed away Sunday morning, July 2, 2017 at Bridge Hospice in Bowling Green after a brief illness.

On April 25, 1948 in Tiffin, he was born to Joseph and Oral (Hemminger) Kuzma.

He is survived by his mother, Oral Kirby of Tiffin; sister, Susan Moore of Columbus; brother, Darrell (Corina) Kuzma of Tiffin; two nephews and 7 nieces, Richard (Lisa) Michael of Angola, IN; Tricia (Steve) Blum of Hamilton, IN; Nicole (Brock) Meadows of Powell, OH; Anthony Kuzma of Fremont, OH; Christina Walls of Warren, OH; Amanda (Brent) Lucius, Ashley (Chet) Mathews, Anna Kuzma and Autum Kuzma all of Tiffin; 11 great nephews, 10 great nieces and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

David was a dedicated farm hand at NOBA, starting at the age of 13 and retired at age 62.  He was dearly loved by his family, friends, and co-workers.

His service will be Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Gary Walters officiating.  Burial will be in Seneca Memory Gardens at a later date.

Friends may visit and share stories on Thursday, July 6, 2017 from 1- 3 PM at the funeral home.
