Obituary

Debora A. "Deb" Wyka, 57, of Tiffin, went home to be with her Lord, Monday morning, May 11, 2015 at Joshua Tree Care Center, North Olmsted, Ohio.

She was born on August 10, 1957, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Robert H. and Shirley A. (Bonnell) Nepper. On March 22, 2003, she married
Richard "Dick" Wyka.

Survivors include her mother, Shirley Nepper of Fostoria; father, Robert (Patricia) Nepper of Fremont; husband, Dick of Tiffin; daughter, Katherine M. (Daniel) Mossbruger of Olmsted Falls, Ohio; stepdaughter, Jennifer (Eric) Stiles of Clinton; stepson, Joseph (Liesl) Wyka of Honolulu, Hawaii; three stepbrothers, Steven (Sonya) Lagrou, Jeff (Evon) Lagrou and Tim Lagrou, all of Fremont; three stepsisters, Traci Lagrou, Terri (Dale) Hasselbach and Lori Lagrou, all of Fremont; brother-in-law, Neil B. O'Donnell of Glen St. Mary, FL; and nine grandchildren, Jackson James Mossbruger, Owen Daniel Mossbruger, Noah Wyka, Grace Wyka, Anna Wyka, Gideon Wyka, Christian Stiles, Conan Stiles and Gwiniveve Stiles.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Kay L. O'Donnell in 2013 and Mary B. Nepper in 2011.

Deb graduated from Tiffin Columbian in 1975, was city council clerk and director of the the Chamber of Commerce for many years. She was a member of the Tiffin Business Boosters, Kiwanis and the Ambassador's Club, and a volunteer board member for Tiffin Red Cross and Tiffin-Seneca United Way. Deb was very community minded and received the United Way Volunteer of the Year Award. She enjoyed vacationing in Florida, planning events, and made friends with everyone. Deb was warm hearted and family was very important to her; especially her grandchildren.

Her funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. on Friday, May 15, 2015 at First Lutheran Church with Rev. Ken Gillikin officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 3-8:00 P.M. on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424.

Memorial contributions may be made to First Lutheran Church, Good Shepherd Home or Tiffin-Seneca United Way.
