Delta D. Holbrook, 40, of Tiffin, passed away on Monday morning, November 11, 2013 at Mercy Tiffin Hospital.

She was born on October 17, 1973, in Tiffin, Ohio to Virgil and Ruth (Webb) Holbrook. She married Ralph Shackelford and he survives.

Also surviving are her parents, Virgil and Ruth, of Tiffin; 2 sisters, Tracy (Larry) Hemminger of New Riegel and Donna (Kevin) Mitsch, of Tiffin; nephew, Levy; twin nieces, Spencer and Hunter; step-son, Jamie Shackelford, of Findlay; step-daughter, Chelsea Shackelford, of Clyde; and grandchild, Jayden.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dorothy and Gaylord Webb and Velta Hart; her uncle, Billy Holbrook; and her two dogs, Daisy and Winston.

Delta graduated from Tiffin Columbian High School in 1992, from Sandusky School of Practical Nursing, with honors, in 1994 and in 1997 with a Medical Assistant degree. She worked at Brookdale Sterling House in Findlay and enjoyed playing BINGO, going to the casinos and loved animals.

Her funeral service will be at 10:30 A.M. on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at First Church of the Nazarene, with Rev. John Wildman officiating.
Burial will follow in Fairmont Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 2-4:00 P.M. and 6-8:00 P.M. on Friday, November 15, 2013 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S.
