Diane Puesey, 67, of Tiffin, passed away Sunday morning, February 23, 2014 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo.

She was born on January 26, 1947, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Logan and Evelyn (Harper) Faris. She spent her childhood in California where she graduated from Mt. Miguel High School and attended Grossmont College. After returning to Tiffin, she did attend Tiffin University. On September 17, 1989, she married William Puesey, Jr.

Survivors include her husband, William; son Brett (Amy) Fox of Tiffin; daughter, Cheryl Fox of Fort Pierce, FL; step-sons, William (Vickie) Puesey, III of Tiffin, Robert (Unice) Puesey of Burke, VA and Tracy Coen of Dallas, Texas; brother, Thomas (Sharon) Faris of Tiffin; 10 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and first husband, Richard Earl Fox.

Diane spent a career between Webster Industries, Fostoria Industries and then retired from Ballreich's. Through the years, Diane was a member of various ladies auxiliaries; including, V.F.W. Tiffin Post 2858, D.A.V., American Legion Post 169, Tiffin Women of the Moose, and the Amvets Post 48. For a number of years, Diane was the chairperson for the local MDA Telethon and was an active volunteer with the Community on Aging and the Ritz Theatre. She was a devoted grandmother and loved watching her grandkids grow up.

Her funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424 with Rev. Roger DeVaughn officiating. Burial will follow in Fairmont Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 2-4:00 P.M. and 6-8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at the funeral home.
