Obituary
Donna J. Hamm, 45, of Tiffin, passed away Friday, June 5, 2015 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center.
She was born on December 13, 1969, in Maysville, KY, to the late Robert and Linda (Perkins) Hamm.
Survivors include her daughter, Summer Star Wallace of Tiffin and close friend, Richard Wallace of Tiffin.
There will be no visitation or funeral service.
Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family.
