Donna M. King, 66 of Elyria and formerly of Tiffin, passed away Saturday, March 6, 2010 surrounded by her family.

On April 9, 1943 in Charles City, IA; she was born to Donald and Myrtle (Summers) Vesey. She married George E. Morgan on March 21, 1975; he preceded her in death on August 8, 1997. On November 20, 2000; she married Boyzy "Bud" King and he survives in Elyria.

Other survivors include a son, George R. "Buster" (Erin) Morgan of Tiffin; daughters, Rebecca Dale and Rachel Hine of Elyria; Rhonda (Phil) Phillips of WA; Louella R. (Todd) Goble of Forest; Regina Lynn (John) Davidson of Tiffin; step-son, Doug (Marsha) King of Elyria; step-daughter, Michelle (Ned) Fertig of St. Johns, IN; brother, Robert (Sherri) Doe of VA; sisters, Priscilla (Robert) Sisk and Irene (Ken) Schutt of VA; 27 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and first husband, George Morgan.

Donna was a graduate of Lee High School in Springfield, VA and attended Washington Bible College in Maryland. She moved to Elyria in 1999 and was a member of the Grace Brethren Church in Elyria where she played the piano and sang for years. She was an office assistant at Abbe Chiropractic in Elyria for several years and involved in Bible studies and volunteered her time to the church and CASA. Donna loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren and was a foster parent for over 12 years. Her hobbies included shopping, flea markets, visiting to Amish Country, sewing, crocheting, knitting, crafts and collecting glass art work made during the depression.

Friends may visit with the family on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 from 10:30-12:30 PM at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home (419-447-2424), 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, OH.

A funeral service will be Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at 12:30 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Rick Dale officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.
