Donna Jean Polyak, 77, of Tiffin, passed away Tuesday evening, December 25, 2012 at her home.

She was born on June 25, 1935, in Seneca County, to Verbin and Beda (Myers) Kistler. She married John A. Polyak and he preceded her in death in 1996.

Survivors include son, Tim (Cathy) Polyak of Tiffin; 3 grandchildren, twins, Kelsey and Paige and Logan Polyak; and cousin, Dale (April) Bickel, of Clyde.

He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Mabel Kistler.

Donna graduated from Republic High School and worked at Tiffin Savings Bank and then at Commercial Bank in the loan department for over 30 years, retiring in 1990. She was a sprint car fan for many years; going to races and following her granddaughter's racing. Donna enjoyed going to the Amish County, antiques and auctions.

Her memorial service will be at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, December 28, 2012 at Community United Church of Christ in Fort Seneca with Pastor Mike Sassanella officiating. Burial will be private at a later date at Pleasant Union Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 10-11:00 A.M. on Friday, December 28, 2012 at Community United Church of Christ in Fort Seneca.
