Doris J. Eborg, 85, of Tiffin, passed away on Thursday morning, July 28, 2016 at Seneca House, Tiffin.

She was born on December 10, 1930, in Tiffin, Ohio, to Alpha and Dessa (Klaiss) Lindsay.

Survivors include her three sons, Russell Wayne (Linda) Eborg and Daniel Wayne (Margaret) Eborg, both of Tiffin and Mathew Wayne Eborg of Columbus; sister, Helen Campilli of Spirit Lake, Idaho; three grandchildren, David W. Eborg, Amy J. Eborg and Paul (Dana) Eborg; seven great grandchildren, Dillon, Samantha, Tyler, Bryan, Madalynn, Andrew and Anthony; step-granddaughter, Kelly Daniels; and two step-great grandchildren, Sophia and Colton

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alpha Lindsay and Dessa Smith; three brothers, Robert, Nevin and Russell who died in WWII; sisters, Edith Alford and Dorthea Kingseed; grandson, Douglas Eborg; step-grandson, Christopher Sayler; and adopted granddaughter, Jessica Eborg.

Doris graduated from Tiffin Columbian High School in 1948, was owner of "The Drive Thru" for more than 40 years and also worked at JcPenny as the office manager from 1958 to 1998. She was an avid golfer, enjoyed bowling and loved fishing in years past.

Her funeral service will be at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, August 3, 2016 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington Street, Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424 with Pastor Tress Reed officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery.

Friends may visit with the family from 4-8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at the funeral home.
