Elaine Geri Hoepf, 45, of Tiffin, died Thursday evening, August 28, 2008, at her home. On January 21, 1963, she was born in Tiffin to Florus and Viola (Wurm) Schalk. On June 14, 1986, she married Patrick A. Hoepf.
Survivors include her parents, Florus and Viola Schalk, husband, Patrick, daughters, Melanie, Maria, Regina, and Rebecca Hoepf, two brothers, Gerald (Tammy) Schalk and Urban Schalk, all of Tiffin, two nieces, Lucy and Malea, three nephews, Anthony, Robert, and Jeremy.
Elaine was a member of All Saints Parish, New Riegel, and a 1981 graduate of Calvert High School. She was a beautician, a great cook, member of the Tiffin T-Squares with her husband and played piano her entire life. Elaine was a spiritual and family oriented person, who enjoyed helping others.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM, Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Rev. Joseph Szybka, Rev. Randy Giesige, Rev. Eric Culler, and Rev. Ron Schock con-celebrating. A Rosary will be prayed 15 minutes prior to the Mass. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
Friends may visit with the family 2-8 PM, Monday, September 1, 2008, at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, OH, 44883, 419-447-2424. A Christian Wake service will follow visitation
Memorial contributions can be made to Hoepf Daughter's Education Fund, Community Hospice Care, FACT, All Saints Parish, New Riegel, St. Joseph Catholic Church, or Calvert Catholic Schools.
