Emery Leon Lundy Jr., 86, of Tiffin, passed away Friday morning, January 20, 2012, at Ruffing Family Care Center in Tiffin.

Emery was born on February 2, 1925, in Sycamore, Ohio, to Emery & Corrine (Brashares) Lundy, Sr. He married Mary Lou Hananam and she preceded him in death.

Survivors include two daughters, Patricia Phillips of Carey and Peggy Walker-Billups of Marion; a brother, Fred Lundy of Tiffin; and a grandson, Evan Walker.

Preceding him in death were his parents, wife, brother, Dale Lundy and son in law, Dick Phillips.

Emery graduated from Sycamore High School and was an electrician at Swan Rubber in Bucyrus. After he retired, he moved to Maine for thirty years, returning to Tiffin in 2007.

Graveside services will be Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Pleasant View Cemetery in Sycamore with Pastor Clarence E. Mullins officiating. There will be no visitation.

Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory are in charge of arrangements.
