Grace I. Knepper, 88, of Tiffin, died Monday afternoon, March 24, 2008, at Volunteers of America Autumnwood Care Center. November 27, 1919, she was born in Shartlesville, PA., to Herbert C. and Mamie (Emerich) Moll. April 16, 1949, she married Walter F. Knepper in Valley Forge, PA.

Survivors include a son, Michael C. Knepper of Milan, a daughter, Susan (Randall) Halen of Tiffin, and a granddaughter, Jennifer Halen of Columbus.

Preceding her in death along with her parents, and husband, Walter, on September 22, 1987, are two brothers, Ray and Mark Moll, and a sister, Mary Rentschler.

Grace was a graduate of Hamburg High School, in PA., and received her Bachelor's degree from Kutztown, PA. She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Trinity Two Somes and Mother's Circle. She was a 4th grade teacher, retiring in 1979, from Hopewell Loudon School after 28 years. She was a member of Hopewell Farm Women's Club, enjoyed gardening, oil painting, traveling and helping out at the farm for many years.

A Funeral Service will be 9:30 AM, Thursday, March 27, 2008 at Trinity United Church of Christ with Rev. Dr. Louis Dorsch officiating. Burial will follow in Fairmont Cemetery.
