Harold L. Lamma Sr., 73, of Dover, DE died Sunday morning, August 24, 2008 at his residence.

On August 8, 1935 in Tiffin he was born to John D. and Marguerite L. (Feasel) Lamma.

Survivors include two sons, Harold (Cindy) Lamma Jr. of Camden, DE; Michael (Angela) Lamma of Bear, DE; three daughters, Jodi (Joe) Morales of El Paso, TX; Rebecca Lamma of SD; Melissa Keddie of Camden, DE; two brothers, John Lamma of Tiffin; Kenneth 'Duke' Lamma of Pineville, LA; three sisters, Linda (Charlie) Warren, Patricia Smith, June (Michael) Holcomb all of Tiffin; seven grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father in 1974, mother in 1995, and brother, Steve Lamma in 1997.

After high School he joined the U.S. Marines and later served in the U.S. Air Force as a Flight Engineer in the C-5, later retiring after 28 years as a CMSgt. Harold had over 7500 flight hours during his career.

Funeral services will be Saturday, August 30, 2008 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Mark Brodbeck officiating at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home, 236 S. Washington St. 419-447-2424. Burial will follow in Seneca Memory Garden where military graveside services will be conducted by the United Veterans Council.

Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, August 30, 2008 from 10-11 AM at the funeral home.
