Harriett A. White, 80, of Tiffin, passed away on Monday, February 25, 2019 at Elmwood at the Shawhan.

She was born on September 23, 1938, in Wyandotte, MI, to Richard P. and Genevie (Liggett) Kuhn.  On March 30, 1957, she married Robert F. White, Jr.

Survivors include her husband, Robert of Tiffin; sons, Daniel S. White of Hudson and Michael A. White of Las Vegas, NV; brother, Richard D. Kuhn of Sun City, AZ; and sister, Carol (James) Cornwell of Kenmore, NY.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister, Jeannette Baughn.

Harriett graduated in 1956 from Tiffin Columbian High School, managed the Tiffin Mall for years and then the DMV in Tiffin, later retiring.  She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ, the 1976 Antique Club, long-time member of the Altrusa Club, serving as the past District Five Governor, was very active in social clubs and enjoyed traveling around the world.  Harriet was a wonderful wife and mother, kind and thoughtful, a mentor to many and was known for her vibrant red hair.

Her Funeral Service will be at 12:00 Noon on Friday, March 1, 2019 at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home & Crematory, 236 S. Washington St., Tiffin, Ohio 44883, (419) 447-2424, with Rev. Dr. Louis Dorsch officiating.  Burial will follow in Old Mission Cemetery, Upper Sandusky, Ohio.

Friends may visit with the family from 10 A.M. until the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home.
