Helen May Fogle, 83, of Tiffin, passed away Monday evening, March 24, 2008 at Volunteers of America Autumnwwod Care Center.
On April 28, 1924 in Rudolph she was born to Isaac and Rose Elizabeth (Leimgruber) Bloom. She married Marvin R. Fogle Sr. on April 26, 1942.
Survivors include her husband Marvin of 65 years, 2 sons, Marvin R. (Alicia) Fogle Jr. of McAllen, TX; David (Elizabeth) Fogle of Sidney, OH; 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Art, Claude, Kenneth, Cecil Bloom and an infant John Bloom, sister, Mildred Moore.
Helen was a member of Fort Seneca United Church of Christ and the Challenger Sunday School Class. Most will remember her working at Sears and Roebuck Department store in the catalog department for over 23 years, retiring in 1983. Her family will remember her for her talented crocheting and sewing. She enjoyed word games and camping.
A funeral service will be Saturday, March 29, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Hoffmann-Gottfried-Mack Funeral Home with Rev. Barry Bordenkircher officiating. Burial will take place at a later date in Bethel Cemetery in North Baltimore.
Friends may visit with the family Saturday morning, March 29, 2008 from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
